As part of our return policy, we are happy to work with customers if they need to return an item. Any items returned must be sent back in the same condition as they were originally shipped. Returns must also take place within 30 days of the date of sale.

- If you have seen merchandise in one of our stores but cannot find the same item on our website, you may place a special order by contacting our customer service department at 1-866-270-8411.
- Please have your credit card information ready when you call. Merchandise not currently listed on HouserShoes.com is not guaranteed to be available.
- We will be glad to accept returns or exchange items within 30 days from the date of sale.

- Any items returned must be sent back prepaid in the same condition as when originally shipped.
- HouserShoes.com nor Houser Shoes, Inc. are not responsible for the shipping cost of returns without prior approval.
- Worn shoes are not accepted unless due to a manufacturer defect (to be determined by Houser Shoes upon receipt) unless expressly approved. A Restocking fee of 20% may be applied if it is determined that there is damage due to wear.
- All products MUST be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Failure to do so will result in a 20% restocking fee. (DO NOT TAPE SHOE BOX)
- Place a copy of the invoice inside the box/packaging. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your return.
- Your order number is your RA (Return Authorization) Number. Mark it clearly on the exterior of thepackage.
- While returns may be shipped back by the most convenient method, HouserShoes.com is not responsible for lost return packages that are not insured or trackable.
Orders Placed after 9:00am Eastern Standard Time will ship the Next Business Day.
**Delay in shipment may occur when:
- Change or update of Shipping or Billing address is needed.
- Product purchased is not readily available for shipment
- Customer contact is needed for confirmation.
- No sales tax in 45 states!
- Federal and State Laws require us to charge applicable sales tax on all orders to a physical location.
- Sales tax will be charged for all orders where the shipping address is in GA, KY, NC, SC, or TN only.
- Houser Shoes currently only ships orders to locations within the 48 Continental United States.
- Houser Shoes currently only accepts payment from accounts where funds are drawn from financial institutions in the United States
- Weekend or holiday deliveries are not available.
- Houser Shoes is not responsible for delayed delivery due to inclement weather, natural disasters carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Every attempt will be made to deliver your order on time.
- When shipping to Forwarding Company’s, it is the policy of FedEx that the package be signed for upon delivery. In these cases Houser Shoes will not liable for any loss or damages to goods ordered.
- Orders are shipped same or next business day after placement. We do not ship on weekends or most major U.S. Holidays.
- Orders with payment issues, such as incorrect billing addresses, may be delayed until the correct information is obtained.
- Express Shipping method available in Amazon.com orders is not an expedited method, It is a guarantee by FedEx that the package will be delivered on the 3rd business day after it is given to them from us.
- Shipping charges are calculated for your location through the FedEx service during checkout.
- Orders totaling $49.00 or more are shipped FedEx Ground Free within the 48 Continental United States. The total is after any discount code is applied.
- Shipping options and prices are shown during checkout or from your shopping cart.
- If you qualify for Free Shipping Do NOT select any method other than ground.
- Orders totaling less than $49.00 will require a shipping charge that is Non-Refundable.
- All orders are shipped via FedEx.
- Standard shipping is FedEx Ground (3-5 business days from ship date).
- All orders are shipped from the East Coast. Standard West Coast deliveries take approximately five (5) business days to arrive.
- If you require express shipping, rates and delivery options are available during checkout or from your shopping cart.
- Once an order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information for your order via email.

Pricing and Discounts
- No Discount, and or Discount combination, may exceed 50% of the cost of any single product.
- Discount codes cannot be used in combination with another discount code.
